Traffic criminal: At 8:57 p.m., police responded to the 16600 block of Highway 13 and arrested a 32-year-old Minnetonka man for misdemeanor driving while impaired.

Escape: At 1:32 a.m., police responded to the 16300 block of Mandan Avenue for a reported fugitive escaping from custody. The case is under investigation.

Theft: At 2:07 a.m., police responded to Mystic Lake Casino for reported theft. The case is pending processing.

Drugs: At 7:29 a.m., police responded to 170th Street at Elm Avenue for reported drug possession. The case has been referred for formal charges.
